Accusation of Molestation Not Probable Cause for Child-Porn Search, Circuit Rules

The belief that child molestation suspects typically have child
pornography in their homes is not probable cause for a search warrant,
the 9th Circuit has decided in a case where police searched a teacher’s
computer while investigating him for touching students inappropriately.
