D.C. Circuit Rules For Zuckerman Spaeder In Fee Dispute

The D.C. Circuit has ruled for Zuckerman Spaeder in its fight to force a former client in a tax fraud case to pay $834,000 in fees. Counsel for the former client said the decision continues a circuit split on the procedural question of when to invoke the right to arbitrate.
