Florida Supreme Court to review attorneys' free speech during litigation

The Florida Supreme Court was asked last week to reconsider the absolute privilege of unfettered free speech that lawyers enjoy in litigation in a case where an Akerman Senterfitt lawyer accused a litigant of soliciting prostitutes for prospective business clients.
