Human rights lawyer fights prohibitions over use of WikiLeaks documents

A lawyer representing a Guantanamo Bay detainee is challenging as overbroad government prohibitions that restrict access to WikiLeaks documents in pending federal litigation. In court papers, David Remes says the ban reduces counsel’s access "to a mere peek."
