Judge Approves Sirius XM Settlement, Rejects Ted Frank's Claims that Deal Is a Dud for Class Members

A federal judge has approved a purported $180 million antitrust class action settlement with Sirius XM Radio, rejecting objections by the Center for Class Action Fairness that the deal provided nothing of value to the class while giving plaintiffs lawyers $13 million.
