Prosecutors: Ballistics, prints point to White House shooting suspect

The bullets recovered after a gunman fired on the White House in November were fired from the rifle found in the car of the suspect, Oscar Ortega-Hernandez, according to court documents filed by prosecutors on Thursday. The court document also says only Ortega’s fingerprints were found on ammunition magazines left in the 1998 Honda, and that his prints also were found inside the car along with the rifle.
